Santos, 50 and diabetic, is from Kinito Honduras. She was planting on a hillside and fell, breaking both legs. It was over a month before she could get to a doctor. She will use the cart to continue selling seeds to make an income. The video explains she is very thankful that she will no longer need to be carried. She is very grateful.
